How Can Pinched Nerve On The Lower Back Be Treated?

I am on day 5 with a pinched nerve in my right lower back. Sitting, standing and lying down is the worst. Moving around alleviates temporarily but I am wearing out. I have done every stretch movement possible. Icing doesn t seem to be helpful. I can t take much more. Getting in the way of everything and can t get a full nights rest.

take tonoflex P for this isssue in morning and at night till you feel improvement also take escitalopram 5 mg in morning for 15 days.
