How Can Piriformis Syndrome Be Treated?
I am a brand new grandma visiting my family in Seattle. I am from North Carolina. I believe I developed piriformus syndrome two days before flying to Seattle. I am experiencing severe discomfort. Can t get into a comfortable position, can t sleep due to the discomfort!!! Help!!! How do I fix this??? Flying back to North Carolina this coming Monday! I dread flying back home in cramped conditions!! Please what can I do????

The pain of piriformis syndrome demands rests till the pain goes. Pain medicines over-the-counter/muscle relaxant like Baclofen/steroid injection/physical therapy are the things that help.
