How Can Plantar Fasciitis And Tendonitis Be Treated?
I don t really have a question. Just searching online for plantar fasiclitis and tendonitist exercises. I am currently wearing a boot (which throws my hip out and causes more pain in the foot without the boot). I have been suffering for 3 years. Discontinued my cortisone injections. Taking 600 mg ibuprofen, and soaking both feet in ice water with epsom salt.
Its really hurting that your are suffering from plantar fascitis from such long time. Though it looks simple problem u cannot even walk properly.
As far as treatment for plantar fascitis is concerned, the main stay of therapy is using anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, Corticosteroids
You are using ibuprofen, Continue it. Limit ur daily activites and give some rest to the feet. Warm water bags are found more useful. For a simple home remedy keeps your legs in a bucket of luke warm water and common salt. Do it daily for 3-4 times you will see results. Avoid using steroids regularly
