How Can Platelet Count Be Increased?

Hi I am a itp patient and I was diagnosed one month ago now my platelet count 31000 they gave me prednisolone started 50 mg and tapperd down to 15mg is there any way to increase my platelet count and my face is like a oval shaped moon face plz help me
