My cough back January and February 2017 but it last 7 days. But I never felt any chest pain.I am 28 years old.,female.What will I do to cure my pneumonia vs fibrosis? Im afraid if it is no curement as I m going to work abroad. Thank you. Hope you can advise me.

Your concern is genuine but unneeded. If the doctors on seeing the XRay declared the chest to be clear, there is no infiltrate or opaque density suggestive of Consolidation, there is no trace of Pneumonia remaining. That is if you took the Antibiotics compliantly as prescribed, till the duration they were prescribed and in the dosage that was ordered.
Now there is no sign of Pneumonia on XRAY SO YOU ARE ALRIGHT. Just don't get exposed to any respiratory infection in future and even if you do, to even upper respiratory tract infection take antibiotics promptly after consulting an Internal Medicine doctor.
You are OKay now so nothing to worry. Godspeed.
