How Can Polycystic Ovaries Be Treated?

I have a medical problem poly cystic ovaries so when i have my period i get blood clots a lot and i have to use ultra tampons for 2-3 months. Recently after i get out of the shower my area burns really bad then it will go away. I don’t know if the tampons are irritating it or what is going on. Do you have any suggestions?

you may have an infection. may be a fungal or a bacterial one.If there is any foul smelling discharge from the area its probably bacterial infection. you may need to check on your sugar levels too.
for fungal infections use Clotrimazole pessary, Fluconazole tablet (150) once a week for 4 weeks.
Tablet Ciprofloxacin (500) thrice a day for 5 days.
another advice try to shift to sanitary pads from Tampons. Incidence of Infection is more with Tampons.
