General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

1. You need an immediate examination and Doppler ultrasound of the blood vessels in your legs carried out by blood vessels specialist (angiologist).
2. Meanwhile, start taking diosmin supplement to help shrink the swollen blood vessels, wear compression stockings. Avoid standing for long periods.
Raise your legs when sitting down. Keep your legs raised with a pillow when sleeping.

Wish fast recovery.
