How Can Poor Vision While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

hi, i have RA and am taking methotrexate -10 pills once a week. My doctor is recommending to take Plaquenel, but one of the side effects is vision worsening. I already have trouble with my eyesight. Are there any other medications(not biologic) that I can ask my doctor about ?

Hi & Welcome.
You may request your doctor for Sulfasalazine or Leflunomide (both are non biologic agents) which are not only an effective alternative but also unlikely to cause any problem with your eyes.
Hope this answers your query.
