General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It might be skin tag developed during delivery and suturing. Ideally it has to be excised under local anesthesia. If you do not want any surgical procedure, you can tie the tissue with silk thread at its base and it will fall of by it own in few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Shinas Hussain
