General & Family Physician 's  Response
Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may be medicine, pollen, animal dander, dust, plant, fungus and insect venom etc. When you have allergies, your immune system makes antibodies that identify a particular allergen as harmful, even though it isn't. When you come into contact with the allergen, your immune system's reaction can inflame your skin, sinuses, airways or digestive system.
Advice
1.     Avoid allergens if possible
2.     Wear a face mask before exposure to allergens such as while going out of house
3.     Tablet levocetirizine 5 mg – 1 tablet once daily if symptoms occur
4.     Get done an allergy test in a good laboratory to identify allergens
Thanks
