How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi there, I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 months ago and since then have been put on ginette and androcur. I’m on my fourth pack of ginette but skipped 2 days before I started this new pack. I feel though that I might be pregnant but don’t know what would be the next step

PCOD (poly cystic ovary disease) patients tend to have hormonal imbalance. So urinary pregnancy test can be false positive or negative. So in PCOD patients to confirm pregnancy, ultrasound is must. If ultrasound is showing gestational sac (G SAC) then you are 100% pregnant. If G sac is absent then possibility of pregnancy is very less.
