General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for you query.
your symptoms could be due to an early pregnancy or the medications as progesterone is raised during an early pregnancy and can cause similar symptoms.
If you have not got your periods even after the course of duphaston is over, you may be pregnant. I suggest you take a home pregnancy test. If negative, see your doctor for a blood test as a confirmation for pregnancy. this test checks for beta hcg- the pregnancy hormone.

if all goes well, you may be asked to do an early pregnancy scan at about 6-8 weeks to check for viability and growth. wish you all the best. please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
wish you good health
