How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi. I just want to relay my concern. I have a regular period, and had my last menstruation last Aug.11,2016. I am late with my period for more than 3 weeks but tested negative on hpt. I was asked by my Doc to take duphaston 1tab for 10days. I finished it all. And now I have some pregnancy symptoms but had light bleeding the whole day. Could I be pregnant? Thank you and will really appreciate your reply.

Hello,

Taking into account your personal history, I do not think you are pregnant. The light bleeding is due to duphaston use.
The pregnancy symptoms might mimic by incoming periods hormonal changes.

I think you should wait for the next periods to come, and consult with your gynecologist to get meds to stabilize their regularity.

All the best.
