How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I am looking to see if I might be pregnant. I have never missed a period until now. I missed the month of November. I am sexually active with only 1 person. MY cycle was supposed to start the 2nd week of November. I took a home pregnancy test (first choice) November 24th and then I took another one December 2nd. Both showed negative. I have a thick white discharge that smells sour, soft bowl movements, and a missing period, but no other pregnancy symptoms.

Hi,

Pregnancy test will give positive result 8-10 days after delayed period. But I will suggest you to go for blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy as it is more accurate test than urine pregnancy test. Thick white discharge, with smell could be due to vaginal infection like yeast. So I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo examination, vaginal swab test and blood HCG test.

If blood HCG will come negative then pregnancy is not there. In absence of symptoms missed period could be due to hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction.In absence of pregnancy, period can be induced by progesterone pill. For vaginal infection following treatment will useful: Single dose treatment of fluconazole + azithromycin + tinidazoleVaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus.

Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
