How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I started my period march 6th ..later that month on the 31 i had intercourse with my boyfriend. April came and my period was supposed to be due the 8th .. .but it never showed up. So on the 13th & 14th me and my boyfriend did it again.. .but that morning on the 15th in the morning we sorta did it again. And i had bleed but i didn t know.. .and so this early this morning i started vomiting.. .could i be pregnant by any chance?

pregnancy ... 1. you shoud go for urine pregnancy test it will confirm that you are pregnant or not
2. some time their is delay in period due to hormonal chnages and some disease
