How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I m on birth control and i get my period irregularly, however me and my boyfriend also don t use condoms sometimes... I ve been feeling like something has been wrong with my body and felt weird lately so i looked up pregnancy symptoms and a lot match. I just want to know if i m just being paranoid or if it could actually happen?

Hello. You need to get urine pregnancy test done. Its a simple kit test. UPT comes positive within one week of conception. If there is still some doubt left Ultrasound scan of the abdomen will be definitive diagnosis as to whether you are pregnant or not.
