General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

It is unlikely that you are pregnant, since his semen did not go far into the vagina, and you took your Postinor pills within the 72 hour period. Ideally, they should be taken as early as possible to make sure they work well, but in my opinion your risk is very low.

Having said that, pay attention to your next periods. If you are more than a week late, then go ahead with the urine pregnancy test.

Hope this helps, and all the best to you.

Regards,
Dr. Teh
