hi doctor , my wife is pregnant and we have 3 kids already elder one is only 4 months old , we really dont want this pregnancy . we leave in qatar there is no clinics available to do the abortion , could you help with some tablets name please . misoprostone tablet also not available here could you suggest any other tablet
