Hello
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Premature graying of hair is often a great concern for younger adults.Hair goes gray when color-producing cells stop producing pigment.
The problem can be caused by factors like a genetic predisposition, poor nutrition, hormonal fluctuations, smoking, pollution, stress, use of unsuitable hair products, and certain diseases such as chronic colds, sinusitis, and thyroid disorders.
The management of this condition may be very challenging.I will advise:
-Continue coloring the hairs
-Eat well and healthy with enough proteins
-Natural products like Black tea, Sage, Coconut oil, lemon, Curry leaves, Ribbed gourd....application may help.
I will suggest you see the Doctor for evaluation. If need be, the opinion of a Dermatologist may be requested.
Hope this will help
Best regards
