How Can Pressure And Soreness In The Chest Be Treated?
My lungs are tight and sore. I have had a persistent cough for nearly two months. I do not smoke. My symptoms responded temporarily to a steroid shot, but antibiotics and cough medicine with codeine in it have had little effect. I plan to go to urgent care tomorrow morning to ask for a medicinal inhaler. Do think that will help?

If bronchoconstriction present with difficult breathing than inhaler needed

_Auscultation
_CBC
_chest x ray
_sputum examination
According to report further management plan decided
If you are having post infection dry cough than for that dextromethorphan 20 mg BD for seven days can be prescribed
