How Can Pressure And Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck Be Treated?
Hi doctor I had some hair extensions put in previously and they were so tight and made my head so heavy and bruised and felt like a lot of pressure cause they had been in so tight...and also been doing sit ups and pulled a muscle in my neck and there i had lymph node behind my neck come up from this and know it s from this cause it came straight after how long will it take to go away do u think, Iam still excericing but just walking no strenous excercise
Swollen and sometimes painful lymph-node in the neck of recent onset is mostly due to scalp, facial or throat infection. You may continue exercising. However if the lymph node persists, then it would be wise to be examined for the cause by an ENT surgeon, and management given.
