Hello,

As per your query you have symptoms of pressure in the ears and tinnitus which isn't a condition itself, yes definitely it's a symptom of an underlying condition, such as eustachian tube dysfunction, stress, anxiety, age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.

I would suggest you consult ENT specialist once for proper examination and to find out the exact cause. The doctor may order certain tests like an audiological test, blood tests, rushing test, high and low pitched test and can start treatment as per diagnosis.

Till then maintain complete hygiene and avoid inserting anything sharp in the ear canal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
