I been on depo shots every since I was 18 and now i m 24 never did get off them how many months it s going take for me stop bleeding by get off them?And is it any way possible my doctor can give me any kind of medication to stop the bleeding until my period get back normal like it should be other then bleeding for months

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have ultrasound pelvis and per vaginal examination and work up to rule out fibroids or any other local pathology.
Coagulation profile and blood counts may also be needed to rule out thrombocytopenia or anemia. Using tranexamic acid tables and vitamin K may be needed.
