How Can Psoriatic Arthritis Be Treated?

Hi I am a 65 year old female and was diagnosed years ago with psoriatic arthritis. I was given methotrexate for years but because of my blood counts was taken off of it...they have tried other drugs but they don t help or I can t tolerate them. I now have a rash over most of my body that itches like crazy and have even scratched the blood out of myself at night while asleep. Is there anything that can help me.
