How Can Psoriatic Arthritis Be Treated?

My Rheumatologist prescribed Otezla after I tried both Methotrexate and Imuran for my Psoriatic Arthritis and didn t find relief. The nurse called me a week ago to say it had been ok d by my insurance and it was sent to the pharmacy. So I picked it up and started taking it. Today I got a voicemail from the nurse saying it had been ok d by insurance and to stop in to pick up the titration packet before I get the prescription. What? Did I just hurt myself by taking it 2 times a day without building up to that?
