How Can Psoriatic Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with psoriatic rheumatoid arthritis st age 31... I m 55 now... I have taken methotrexate and stayed si k all the time .. was taken off that and put on enbrel and did great for around 4-5 yrs. due to 3 surgeries last year I was taken on and off enbrel and it seems it just can t get back to the relief iwzs getting before that. I also am hypothyroid taking 200 mg synthroid daily.... I stay tired, hurt so bad and feel like I can t function.

they are autoimune disorder can be treated effectively with steroid. it is to be given under surveillance since tapering is to be done.side effect of steroid is to be watched. dexamethasone can be used since short acting .
