How Can Puffy Under Eyes Be Treated?

Hi, I have a bag under my left eye that seems to be filling with liquid slowly. The size of the bag is about 3/4 wide and about 1/4 deep. I do not show signs of Pinkeye at this time. My eyes are a little itchy but nothing out of the ordinary. The bag under my eye does not hurt. My right eye does not show any symptoms of the left eye. I am male, 65 y/o, work as electrical tech and subject to flying debris from stainless sheet metal.

As per the narration of the issue, this sounds possible metal piece induced inflammatory collection below the skin area in subcutaneous space.

Primary care with ice application and secondary management with antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs to resolve it faster and avoid secondary infection is mandatory.
