How Can Pulmonary Embolism Be Treated?

I had bilateral blood clots after getting off plane 3 years ago. I currently take warfarin. I got off 3.5 hour plane trip 5 hours ago. I have 2 inch circumference raised and very sensitive to touch ( no discoloration) area in one shin. What are the chances this is another embolism?
