How Can Rashes On The Inner Thigh Be Treated?

I am a 74 female in very good health and very active. Just this week I have had a chafing on my right, upper inner thigh. There is a soft, relatively small bulge in the area; it is not on the other thigh. There is no pain, but it chafes with jeans or tighter crop pants.

it might be due to any allergy conditions from better to apply calamine lotion for that area and better exposure to air. if you are allergic to any foods better to avoid it thank you.
