How Can Reccuring Varicella Be Prevented?
Hello. My acupuncturist, who is an MD, said I should look into gentian for frequent outbreaks of varicella. She also suggested I research L-Lysine dosages for the same problem. (L-Lysine recommended by my dermatologist.) I ve had these lesions for 20 years, and I treat them with acycyclovir. I m hoping to find a prevention.

See it is difficult to do that. The only means is taking oral Acyclovir at the start of the outbreak which prevents further chances of recurrence.
