My anus has dropped deep into my body I have a history of hemmroids and ibs, I am a 52 year old straight male( no bottom play ever) I have problems with serious arthritis and it s very hard to clean myself well. I am greeting quite scared at this point

get locally checked by surgeon. can gofor sitzbath. take bland diet fresh vegetable and fruits. can take cremafin at bedtime.apply proctosydylointment per anum. can have rheumatoid factor. can take nasids and go for physiotherapy.
