How Can Recurrent UTI Be Treated?

Hi I have been suffering from recurrant UTIs for the last 7 weeks and cause they were quite painful the doctor prescribed me with codeine. That as made me very constipated and after going to the toilet earlier I noticed I have hemorrhoids. It s only small but is a little painful at the moment. Will it go away on its own or should I go to a pharmacy or my GP?
