How Can Recurrent Cold Be Treated?

My 18 year old daughter is active and healthy with asthma under control except with colds and illness. What type of decongest would be ideal if she is taking 30 mg of vyvance and or if timing when taking her meds make a difference with inhalers . Rocket fuel formula in other words ... ? Thanks for any insight

Recurrent cold could be mainly due to allergic etiology. It would be better if she takes anti-allergic preparations. She can take medication containing Monteleukast with Cetirizine preparation for the seasons when she is catching up with cold. She needs to avoid substances she is allergic to. She needs to build her immunity by taking multivitamin and protein supplementation.
