my son is 13 he is suffering from constipation he has been told by his GP he has hemriodes he was given Laxido plus cream to heal he got better stopped using medication now his problems have retuned when he goes to toilet its like pellets can you advise me please Mary

The hemorrhoids are most likely due to the constipation, various creams such as anusol should help with the discomfort.
For constipation, he should drink plenty of clear liquids and eat a diet full of fiber like fruits and vegetables (6 to 7 servings daily). In addition moderate exercise helps regulate bowel movements. Also, adding probiotics to his diet should help.
