Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can consult oncosurgeon for proper advice and carry all the reports taken from the beginning.

There is surgery or chemotherapy or radio therapy according to the report and patient condition.

Do ultrasound for better treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
