How Can Recurrent Yeast Infection Be Prevented?

I have reoccurring yeast infections and recently got rid of one. But I've noticed today my urine is a orange yellow colour, and it itches alot down there. As well as a little red and sore. I've been checked for STIs and it all came back clear. What can it be and how can I stop it
