General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems like you are suffering from a recurrent candidal infection and treatment with over-the-counter (OTC) medications is generally highly effective for candidiasis. Preparations for intravaginal administration of Butoconazole, Clotrimazole, Miconazole and Tioconazole are available or your doctor may also give Fluconazole.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
