How Can Recurring TIA Be Treated?

My roommate has had 2 TIA in the last 30 days I know the Artery in the r side of her neck is 100% clogged. The other 3 are clear 1st TIA took left side but it came back. 2nd TIA took L arm and droop in face slurred speech are not improving. Will she have more TIAs. Dr said no op can be done.

Well come to HCM
If this is recurring of TIA then this need to be investigated for underlying cause and ECHO, EKG, CT brain MRI would be must without these difficult to reach the diagnosis once the underlying cause treated then everything would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
