How Can Recurring High Fever In A Toddler Be Treated?

I have a 2years 11mones baby her white is 13.500kg she got 103 fever last month.the ped suspected of malaria and put him on lariago(50mg/5ml) first dose is 13ml and offer every 24 hours 6.5ml for four days it is complete the fever subsided but is back from last 3days again reaching 103 now all tests did it is normal

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query your toddler is suffering from high fever which seems to be due to viral or bacterial infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit Pediatrician once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Take diet rich in fresh juices and fruits. Drink plenty of water and fluids. You should take anti-allergic medication along with proper course of antibiotic along with Ibuorofen. Do tepid sponging as well to lower down fever.
