Hello,

Recurrent sinusitis cannot be treated completely but we can reduce it but 95%. You need to take Fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for 2 months.

Take Physiomer nasal spray 1 puff thrice daily for 2 months. Take tablet Levocetirizine 1 tablet at bedtime for 1 month. Take steam inhalation through mouth and nose thrice daily.

You need to do yoga and nasal breathing exercises. Take deep breathes in without one nostril closed and breathes out slowly. This you have to do 10 times on a single sitting for each nostril. This whole procedure needs to be repeated thrice daily.

Take plenty of water and do moderate exercise and running.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
