How Can Red Spots On The Body Be Treated?

yes i layed in my office on carptet the other night talking on the phone and now I have all the red looking spots all over my body. After doing some research i think i have dust mite bites from laying on the carptet. i had a shot of steroid today but they are still there, any thing to help get rid of these. i dont have any itching, or puss bumps, just red spots everywhere.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid lotion like beclomethasone lotion twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an anti allergic medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
