How Can Redness And Swelling Around The Elbow Be Treated?

My elbow is red and swollen so though I have never had bursitis since I played tennis years ago the arm is red and swollen. The web site says ice and anti-inflammatory drug. Is that all. It has been a week but the arm looked redder today though feels better. Conflicting -info

It might be olecrnon bursitis.. Activity changes can reduce pain apart from medications.. If problem still persisting fluid from joint has to be taken and tested for further confirmation of diagnosis
