How Can Restless Leg Syndrome And Headaches Be Treated?

I am taking Sinement for restless legs. I have been feeling headachy during the day. Excedrin doesnt seem to be working completely. I suffer from migraines but have not taken Imitrex for these nagging headaches I m feeling.\, since it doesnt feel like a migraine. I dont know e what causes my restless legs but it prevents me from falling asleep or it wakes me up during the night. Is there anything else I can do for restless leg syndrome?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I would suggest that other than taking medication, you get yourself checked for diabetes in case that might be causing peripheral neuropathy (sensational disturbance in limbs causing tingling and numbness)
Do some exercise before sleep, get leg massage, hot bath or heating pad applied to legs before sleep, take some multivitamins to boost your immune system, drink plenty of water and make sure you do not have electrolyte imbalance as that too can sometimes cause restless legs. And also decrease the intake of caffeine, tobacco or alcohol if you use these.
Hope you get well soon :)
