I have are at RLS . And it dries me crazy at night I ve tried walking around to make it better I ve tried pretty much everything except for medication I m on enough medication I don t want to be on anything I ever do you have any advice for me for household Fridays on what I can and cannot do because it s pretty severe and I can t sleep at all when it happens I get very agitated moody because I can t get comfortable

take pregablin 50 mg morning plus at night.escitalopram 5mg in morning and Clonazepam 0.5 mg at night.
test required : serum ferritin
if it will be low then add iron supplements along with these medicines.
