Treatment for RLS is a combination of pharmacological and non- pharmacological therapy that includes Dopaminergic agents, benzodiazepines, anticonvulsant, iron salt etc. & non-pharmacological like - avoidance of Caffine, alcohol & nicotine - Exercise - physical modalities before bedtime like, hot or cold bath, whirlpool bath, limb massage or vibratory/ electrical stimulation of feet and toes.
Hope this will help
