General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I have read through your question and here is my opinion.

You have mentioned that you are already taking treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis. Fibromyalgia cannot be cured but it can be kept under control by various combination therapies. You should consult a chiropractor who will help you to learn some stretching exercises. Also a few antidepressants like Fluoxitine and Amytriptilline work well in Fibromyalgia. But these are prescription drugs and you can discuss this with your attending physician. I hope that answers your question.

Hope I have answered your query.
