Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vitamin deficiencies intake may cause kidney stones theoriotically but few studies have shown that vitamin deficiencies deficiency may cause kidney stones. So there's is no evidence to prove that vitamin deficiencies excess and kidney stones. So avoid alcohol, oxalate contain food. drink plenty of water and use alkalizer. If symptoms not improved please consult your urologist he will examine and remove the stones. use urine alkalizer. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
