How Can Right Sided Shoulder Pain And Tenderness In The Abdomen Be Treated?
Post hiatal hernia surgery 2 weeks ago. While sleeping onset right shoulder pain and today abdomen tender when touched. Unable to eat anything except pudding, Ensure and jello. Had BM last night. Feels like my tummy is getting bigger. BP: 122/74; HR: 66, regular. Diminished bowel sounds x 4. Denies SOB or difficulty walking.
