How Can Rough Black Spots On The Skin Be Removed?

Hi, Doctor In mid of jan i was suffering from allergy with itching in my back side area that time skin was very rough and after some time skin turned to black spots by times spots become big with black color. It look very bad. Right now skin is soft no itching but black spot is remain. Please help me out.

I really appreciate your concern, such itching symptoms could be due to eczema and it can be well managed with steroid containing cream and best would Mometasone cream, if it fails to response then antifungal cream can be added and option is Miconazole cream, hope this information helps.
