How Can Runny Nose Along With Headache And Backache Be Treated?

So over the past couple days I ve been getting sick like a common cold or maybe even the flu I started getting a runny nose and a headache and then led to a cough today when I woke up I had severe back pain if I were to rate it from a 1 to 10 it was about 1/8 I had to leave work cuz I just was feeling weak and depleted when I got home I took some DayQuil and went to sleep for about an hour woke up and I still had severe back pain and now it feels like I have heartburn on the lower part of the front of my chest and the middle of my back the cough headache and sniffles have subsided but the pain is still there pretty deeply I took a Motrin 600 and it really didn t do anything

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you have got flu . You can take acetaminophen for headache and backache. Dont take ibuprofen because it make worse the stomach ache or heartburn. Take omeprazol for heartburn but only if advised by your doctor.
